Searching for a job doesn't have to suck.
Join our supportive group of mid-career tech and product professionals and experience The Authentic Job Search.
You’ve established yourself in your career. You’ve climbed the ladder. You drank the Kool-Aid. You’ve done everything “right”.
But perhaps you’ve found yourself in a company whose values (or complete lack thereof) don’t align with yours. Perhaps you’re feeling burnt out. Maybe you’re questioning what it is exactly that you’ve been working so hard for. Or maybe you’ve just been laid off and you’re feeling less like a human being and more like a number on a spreadsheet.
One thing’s for sure – you know you need to find a new job. But this task seems daunting – the job market sucks right now, and where you used to feel like it was easy to job hop, now all of a sudden it feels like a completely different ball game. Maybe after a few rejections, your confidence is at an all-time low. Your sense of self-worth has taken a hit.
That’s why I’ve created The Authentic Job Search group coaching program – to provide you with a support system and the resources you need to get your mojo back and build an authentic and sustainable job search so that you can find a job where you can bring your authentic self to work every day.
The Authentic Job Search
I believe that while we may need to work to live, we shouldn’t live to work. Work is a huge part of our life, but it’s not the most important thing. You are so much more than your job. Your worth is not based on only what you can provide to a company.
My coaching approach is to take a holistic view of the self. Although we may feel like we’re a different person as an employee, we’re still the same person who returns to our family and friends when we close our laptops for the day. My coaching explores our different identities and finds ways to merge them into one holistic person. In this way, we can feel that we’re being our authentic self whether we’re in a job interview or at dinner with a friend.
Searching for jobs takes time and energy, and while my greatest hope is that you come out of our time together with the job of your dreams, realistically I want you walk away from our time together with more confidence in yourself and strategies that will help you get what you want from your job, which ultimately impacts your happiness in life.
Who is The Authentic Job Search for?
Whether you’re just starting your job search or you’ve been plugging away for months; whether you currently have a job or you don’t; our job search group is designed with you in mind.
Whether you’ve worked for several companies already over your career, or you spent most of your time at one company – this is for mid-career professionals looking to make a shift.
The most recent cohort was a diverse group based in the U.S. and Europe with careers in Tech and Product ranging from Engineering to UX Design.
What does the Authentic Job Search program look like?
Once a week for 10 weeks, we’ll meet as a group to work on our challenges and support each other on our job search journeys.
During our first session, we’ll explore our challenges together and decide collectively which ones are most important to address over the coming weeks. For the most recent cohort, these themes were building confidence and navigating imposter syndrome, remaining positive and resilient, and clearly communicating our value.
Then, in the following weeks I’ll bring resources and coaching exercises tailored to the needs of the group in order to address our challenges and build a sustainable job search.
During our 10 weeks together we will:
- Explore our challenges as a group and find solutions together
- Learn strategies for bringing our authentic selves to the entire job search process
- Gain confidence and trust in our own abilities and resources
- Build a sustainable job search through self-compassion
- Celebrate our wins in a supportive community
Are you ready to build your authentic job search?
Our next cohort starts on Wednesday January 14 and meets every Wednesday for 10 weeks, with the final session on March 18.

What my clients have to say about working with me...
Working with Kelly over the last few months has helped me to focus on the priorities as I navigate a period of ongoing change in my life, both personally and professionally. Kelly was great at holding space for me while I explored different options and considered what my future might look depending on the decisions I might choose to make in the future. She ensured that we used our time together effectively, helping me to formulate goals both within the sessions and in my own time, keeping me grounded in the outcome, while never feeling rushed. Her approach means that while you are always in control of any goal setting or objective, she reflects back what she is hearing, creating greater self-awareness and encouraging critical thinking where it is required.
Working with Kelly was truly a unique and grounding experience! Her calming presence and thoughtful questions helped me reflect more clearly on how I was approaching both personal and professional challenges, and guided me toward a more intentional balance between the two. I took away better techniques for managing my own mental workload and for better aligning my daily routines and habits with my priorities. It's like a yoga session for your brain!
Working with Kelly was an unexpected yet deeply rewarding journey of self-discovery. Kelly’s empathetic listening, thoughtful questioning, and ability to gently challenge assumptions created a safe space for me to explore my identity, clarify my values, and tackle real-life challenges with newfound confidence and clarity. Her empowering approach helped me uncover my own voice and solutions. I’m walking away with greater self-awareness, clarity in my values, and the confidence to navigate workplace and personal complexities with resilience. If you’re considering coaching, Kelly is the partner you need to help you uncover your strengths and take meaningful steps toward growth. I highly recommend her!
Kelly’s coaching was incredibly helpful as I navigated questions about moving to Europe. She provided thoughtful insights, practical advice, and the right questions to help me gain clarity on both the logistics and emotional aspects of an international move. Her support made the process feel less overwhelming and much more achievable. If you’re considering relocating and need a coach who truly understands the expat journey, Kelly is the perfect guide!
About me
Hi! I’m Kelly. I’m no stranger to career ups and downs. During my 18-year career, I’ve shifted from marketing to data analytics, worked in industries ranging from entertainment to tech, became a manager, was laid off (twice), and pivoted careers to become a coach. I didn’t have someone to help guide me through all of this, and I wish I had.
That’s why I’m here to help you to navigate your career. As your coach, I’ll help to shine a light and walk beside you as you navigate the path toward your next chapter. You’ll emerge from the fog with more clarity, confidence, and a feeling of momentum.
I’m an ICF ACC-certified Career Coach. My coaching methodology is solutions-focused and grounded in identity and values exploration in order to connect actions to what’s most meaningful.
